Working in town one of the perks is having allt he shops at your doorstep but i find it a complete nigthmare when i have to go to the jetmart store town. and its not a once off its all the time. on Friday the 24.05.13 i went to make a few purchase at 13 peak time there was one cashier who took a own time while ther ewas a que of about 15 people when i asked for the manager she said there is no manager and thats it i made a scene and all other customer agreed 1 teller lunch time ONLY after that did they open 3 more tills and while that was done they were talking in their own language Xhosa i then said if you want to address me the customer do it to me face in MY language only later to find out the customer in front of me very sweet and polite spoke back to them Xhosa and then told me the staff is so rude and embarressed her i asked her what was said they called me a "white " (for the record i am a fair skinned coloured) this is the attitude this country needs to get rid of. My husband wants me to take this furhter but your knowyour staff and store is not worth my effort. I am disgusted by the level of respect and competancy of your staff!! its sad!!!
