I went over to the store in Bayside mall, to purchase a tog bag. I went over to till 7 where to my disgust was an unprofessional rude lady Nolusindi. The service experienced from this lady was disrespectful, i was spoken about in their home language Xhosa, i was given the 'I am not bothered to help you today' attitude. It is very sad how some people would have that mentality to want to revert to their home language just to gossip about a customer standing right in front of them. This is the last time i will support Game in Bayside centre. Peter Trimm (Store Manager), my question to you is, does your employees get training on how to handle customers? On how to deliver professional service cause this was not shown at all today! It is appalling!
