MTN wanted to take legal steps to recover an outstanding amount for which arrangements had already been made (per official e-mail to me) and of which two thirds had already been paid. The first time I tried to query this I held on for over 30 minutes and never spoke to an operator. Now when I finally, after several phone calls and being cut off more than once, get hold of someone, the attitude was terrible and although he "was forced" to re-instate my account I don't feel as though my complaint was given the proper consideration.
I will NEVER, EVER have anything to do with Mtn in any way, shape or form again!!! And I will certainly not be recommending them to anyone!
