I called in to find out how much was outstanding she told me I then asked how much was the initial amount she told me she doesn't understand what I'm saying with attitude I made it clear to her what I meant she then asked me what amount and asked her what am I paying she then gave me the amount I then asked why is it still there now with more attitude and shouting she said that's the way it is mam even if you pay monthly we still put interest I then said that's no way to speak to me you need to explain to me how things works she didn't even explain to me all she was doing was to tell me where to get off I asked her what her surname she became agitated and asked me WHY I told her because I want to lay a complaint about her attitude and she was now shouting telling me that I'm the one who's giving her attitude I then asked her these calls are recorded right YES she responded I then said can I speak to your senior shouting I'm not going to put you through to my senior I'll call someone for you she told me to hold went and looked for someone I spoke to the gentlemen by the name of Altus I explained to him what happened to think that we're the reason they're there in the first place
