I applied for a Samsung Smart TV 40" which comes with internet connectivity on 28/12/2013 and because I have two other phone contracts with MTN and a good ITC check I got an sms the same day informing me that my application was successful. I then went to the branch I applied at (Campus) to inquire about collection on the 29th (next day). I was told the TV would be delivered and the Devices that enable internet connectivity I would collect at the branch, and advised I would receive a call within the next two days to come collect. I waited and decided to call after no one call the lady I spoke to (Thabiseng new lady at that branch) said she would get back to me.by Saturday (4 Jan 2014) I decided that perhaps going physically would help she explained with a very uncertain look that she was suppose to send an application to Samsung for the TV... an explanation I did not want to entertain because as a consumer I am interested in the product not how nor who MTN deals with to supply the product. She again promised feedback on Monday 5 Jan 2014, Today as I write this its Wednesday 8 January she has not contacted me and I thought of posting my concern on Hello Peter (need update only)
