I want to report BAD SERVICE of Standard bank specialized collection department - Last year on 29 Aug 2012 they debited an amount of R2000.00 off my account without me knowing. Then When I query the amount it I was told its for loan that I owed - but the account was already handed over to Munnik Basson Dagama Inc Attorneys so I was told. The following month 29 September 2012 another amount R2000.00 again was debited without me knowing or phone call or email or post? nothing? Then I query it I was told that my account was handed tp attorneys I have to speak to them. Then I spoke to them, they sent me letters that I need to pay R3704.91 or they will contemplate the institute of legal steps. So I made plan then paid the attorneys. Then when I tried to recover the amount that was taken from my account by standard bank they saying why I paid the attorney because the money was already debited off my account? Which is them who always said I have to speak to the attorneys everytime I query the my money. So now they saying they wont pay me back the money they took off my account because I paid account that has been already debited no refund. BAD BAD Service
