On 8 November I received an SMS stating the my medical did not pay the entire invoice and that I am required to pay an amount - the amount was paid on the SAME day using the EXACT reference you provide.
Today - one Arie Brumeria - phones me to tell me that the account will be handed over for legal action due to non payment.
1. How about you try and track the payment I made before you threaten me?
2. How about you phone, e-mail, fax, post, ANY FORM OF COMMUNICATION, stating that there is an amount owing - supposedly after payment has been made?
3. You are in breech of several paragraphs as stipulated within the DCA by 'threatening' not taking into consideration the manner in which Arie Brumeria spoke to me...
4. You are in breech of the DCA by refusing to provide your debt collectors certificate
5. Since you cant follow the basic legislation governing you - I sincerely doubt that you have followed the necessary steps to be able to hand me over to an attorney...
6. At this stage - you and Arie Brumeria can each be fined R 100 000.00 for your misconduct - Well Done!
