What happen to cutomer service???

Phone twice 25/11 regarding our LV Licence, spoke to, Otsile Mogale said our outstanding balance is over R3500, I told him this incorrect, he insisted it is I asked him to go into the account get a break down. He said he will email a statement to my husband, I said this is not going to resolve the query I have proof of EFT payments. He told me to hold on, after holding on for more that a half an hour I assumed he put me on hold & have no intention to get back to me. Phone calls cost money so I hung up, call again. This time I spoke to Winnie Rambe, she went into our account, said we own R400, different in an hours times? told her I had arrangements the beginning of the year to paid the amount we owed off, my company was liquidated we did not get a salary for 4 months. She said I must give her the exact time, date I spoke to the consultant I made arrangements with then she call pull the recording. I said to her that I can't remember the time, date but I will not pay a thumb sucking amount I paid the amount in three payments which they told me to. She got very rude & put me on hold & never came back to me. Is this the way their are trained to handle a customer they can't help???
