I ordered a ADSL and Telephone line a few months ago.
First we were assured that we are getting a 2mg line. We have never gotten more than0.5mg and that is if it is working at all. I have been trying to phone Telkom with no luck.
This morning I received a sms from Glodia Nkosi (011 664 6830) saying my account is in arrears. The number doesn't work.
For 2 months I have been trying to get my account number and a bill so I can pay. Nothing has arrived via post of email. How am I suppose to pay if I don't have a bill, account number and can't get through to Telkom?
I have also been trying to cancel my ADSL account, but Telkom DOESN'T answer!
I refuse to pay the amount and want my ADSL line canceled immediately!
