Invalid Subscription from my 3G router?!?!

I started receiving huge bills from my ISP for the last two months and started enquiring what is causing this.
Apart from over utilisation on the line (my fault) I find out that my router's sim card has subscribed to CellSpice costing R7 per day?!
My question is that how does my router that does not accept or respond to SMS's, subscribe to a service that i have never even heard of?!
Now i question how long have I been paying for a service that i don't know about?? This is and quite frankly daylight!

The best is the only way to find out about such services is to check with the ISP, it is not listed anywhere else?!
I put through the stop order today but got informed that i have to check with my ISP in 72 Hours again to make sure the stop order went through, again this is unacceptable!
