No resolve due to BAD SERVICE received

Still no resolve on this cancellation of contract even after I sent a mail to Shameel Joosub Head at Vodacom. They are just not getting the message... it's not about an SD Card... I can buy that anytime and anywhere when needed... it's about the BAD AFTER SERVICE however the person dealing with this query is of the opinion that the service levels at the store is on par... and they now want to offer me a 32 gig SD Card free of charge to make up for their lack of follow through service. Vodacom pay off line-power to you... they should CHANGE it to... Vodacom we sell only and offer NOTHING FURTHER!!!
