I received a bill for data fro January from VODACOM for nearly two THOUSAND rand, i then queried the bill as it is nearly IMPOSSIBLE to use that much data on an IPAD in one month and my average bill is R250 a month.
I had to call numerous occasions as no one followed up with me, i waited another two weeks after requesting that my call be escalted twice! after two weeks of waiting with no communication whatsoever i called VODACOM again, that day i received an sms to say that they would be refunding me R1671 ex VAT.
I called to find out when the money would be paid back into my bank account and was told it would be paid the same day, Monday 03 February.
SURPRISE SURPRISE, it was NOT, SO i called YET AGAIN only to be told that my account would be credited for the amount, NOW... VODACOM was only to quick to over charge me nearly TWO THOUSAND rand and VERY quick to take my MONEY but when they have to refund me its a huge problem!!! NOW i have to have my call escalated ONCE AGAIN and probably call ten different people ten different times, THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE, i want this resolved and the money paid back to me TODAY!! I refuse to wait any longer!!!
