Cant wait to be with another service provide

Good day
I have made all attempts to resolve this issue with vodacom
I have called numerous times
I have sent emails
I have messaged on hello peter
I have received a quotation for cancellation on 28 June and another on 4 July
The most recent one is alot more, and not just because of the outstanding balance
I have tried to resolve this issue so i can make payment
But today is the last day the previous quote is valid and i have reason to believe that no one is contacting me back due to this.
I will be sending all my documentation through for cancellation now and I will make the payment but its purely cause i cant handle dealing with vodacom anymore. I guess thats how you get so many ppl.
On top of vodacom charging me 75% of my remainder of my contract, they still wanna charge me more and not even explain why.
Dont go with VOdacom- they over charge and then say ooops and reimberse months later. Imagine how much interest they are making if they do this to everyone.
