My company is in the process of signing up with a new ISP for our DSL connectivity. I have contacted Afrihost to enquire if they will accept EFT as means of payment as our company does not operate on credit cards or Debit Orders. On Fri 22/11/13 @ 13:25 Dimakatso replied to inform me that they can only accept EFT's on annual or bi-annual payments. I have accpeted this and gave notice of cancellation at my current ISP. I have requested a Pro-Forma invoice for the first 6 months of service from Afrihost in order to action the payment. The same Dimakatso then replied that they do not accept EFT payments for connectivity services.
This is COMPLETELY unacceptable taking into account the time and effort invested in cancelling at my previous ISP. It also needs to be noted that I am requesting to pay for the service UPFRONT!
