Can someone who can actually give me answers call me back urgently.

During July 2012 I upgraded my phone. I was assisted by your consultant Philip van Niekerk at the Prellersplein branch in Bloemfontein. He knew EXACTLY what my requirements was as he set up my phone for me. From July- November - NO PROBLEMS. Then all of a sudden in December I got notification of R1 800 bill - TOTALLY IMPOSSIBLE as I was told by him that I CAN NEVER USEALL THE DATA ON THIS PACKAGE for what I use it for. I immediately logged a complaint Req nr 3099524 - Aisha who told me that it seems like the data was not loaded. I also went to your branch and they also logged a call Ref 107896978.

Never since July did I receive a data bill so please sort out what ever happened here. I will not pay this account. I will take this matter to the NCC if necessary as the CPA clearly mention that you cannot sell something to a customer under false intention and I was told I have enough data to What'sup, BBM and FB. I want to know what this use data account is for, what happened to my data I was told I have and why all of a sudden now I have a problem. CALL ME URGENTLY WITH ANSWERS PLEASE!
