Last month I upgraded my contract and took the new Samsung galaxy s4 handset BECAUSE IT WAS ADVERTISED WITH 1 GIG OF DATA!!!
I signed all documents with every intent of getting 1gig data which the consultant advised as well - (100 anytime minutes, 100 sms's & 1gb data)
Upon receiving my handset that day I checked my available balance and it was on - 46mb but I didn't think anything of it as I was convinced my 1gb would be loaded at the start of the new month (July) only to then find out once again that I do not have 1gb data as advertised but rather a measly 100mb of data
I then called the branch where a consultant informed me that I was only going to receive 1gb in September which was never told to me and not stipulated anywhere on the advertisement
I signed for 1gig of data and that is what i expect as per my contract
