I was teaching my mom on how to load BIS services on the phone I was giving her, so we can communicate via messenger services. She mistakenly chose BB1O instead of the normal blackberry option. I immediately called the call centre and they said it can't be reversed and that I need to forfeit is and load more to buy the similar BIS package. Now I fully understand the policy and standpoint of cell c but surely some logic could of prevailed for a loyal customer and a plan be made to get around the policy.
This is like going into a shop buying the wrong shoe size - go back 5 minutes later and the instruction is to return the shoe and buy a new one (NOTE - return the shoe but not get refund the money, or the option to exchange - so they keep their shoe plus the money and ask you to buy the other one with more money)... Surely something could be done
If help cannot be rendered I rather use a different option on a different network. I refuse to take out new contract with companies assuming I cannot get logical standpoints across.
