This is the second time where I have loaded airtime to purchase data bundles for my android phone.
yet again only to find that my data has depleted (in a space of 36 hrs) due to usage of all apps I had on. Which means that the confirmation I received that I had purchased data (which clearly stated that my data would expire on the 16/11/2013 was false.
R280 later and with no 2Gigs of data, Vodacom and their staff dish out a blank response and a "I'm sorry Ma'am but did you get an sms confirming receipt of data?! " REALLY!!!???
This is ridiculous, as if its not enough that we are coughing so much for airtime, data and all other bundles that one has to spend on!
I want this rectified. I want this to be rectified NOW!!!
