Phone switched off again

Last Mont i laid a complaint.
That Nashua do not send my bill to my e-mail and i have to phone them to get my outstanding amount that i must pay, after payment they switched off my phone,

AGAIN THIS MONTH IT IS THE SAME PROBLEM!!!
THIS IS BEING GOING ON FOR... I CANT EVEN REMEMBER.
EVERY MONTH I PHONE AND ASK PLEASE SEND ME MY BILL IN TIME TO MY E-MAIL SO THAT I CAN PAY IT, BUT NO WHY WOULD NASHUA DO IT.

EVERY TIME I SPEAK NICE AND ASK NICE BUT IT SEEMS NOT TO WORK .
I THINK THE NEXT STEP IS TO START SWEARING AND SCREAMING AT NASHUA .

WHAT IS WRONG WIT NASHUA!!! ARE YOU INCOMPETENT OF GIVING CUSTOMER CARE!!!???
