3 Weeks and Vodacom cant fix there mistake

A SIM Swap was allowed by Vodacom without my permission, only after reporting it in HelloPeter was something done, but only half done. They said they transferred my airtime and data but only the airtime was transferred from the old SIM. I am still waiting for the data to be transferred, so far its been about 3 weeks and they still have not done it.

I cant believe they the ones who mess up and I am the one who has to do the running around.

Can you PLEASE fix this?
