Poor Training of your consultants

Hi

i have been with vodacom for the past 8 years and NEVER once did i get a ridiculous contract that was not properly explained to me.

I was told that i will be getting unlimited bbm texts and messaging, but im still getting charged for it

i use twitter, bbm and whatsapp only so how the can my bill be over 2000 rand every month

i need you to urgently sort this matter out and please explain to me what package should i chose, and please train your consultants.
