Need replacement phone

I had to upgrade my hand piece about 24 months ago due to my work demand - also note that I am for the last 10 years on the talk 500 with the last 4 years on BES. Needless to say that my invoice amount per month over the last 6 years where between 2 and 4K per month. Now the real pathetic part - my hand piece is 23 months old BUT because I had a hand piece upgrade 23 months ago and it was done about 12 months prior to the previous contracts expiring date I can only upgrade the current phone after 34 months. That's nothing = thought I will be the good customer and asked for a replacement battery for the current phone to help me through the last 12 months before I can upgrade. In short - after the consultant spoke to the manager at Vodaworld customer care the answer is - no warranty on the battery or phone after 23 months you will have to pay. Explain this - spending every month since 1999 a lot of money with our beloved voda -incompetent no service provider and they still expect me to pay for a working tool that could not last the length of the contract. Current problems with he phone = battery bulge and touch screen not working. Cheer Vodacom hallo MTN
