I went to Telkom Century City to cancel a contract that was expiring
in a one month.
For over two years the service from Century City has been excellent until
i had to deal with Tarryn on 6th Jan 2014.
She was extremely rude, hostile and answered simple questions with
rude condescending remarks.
I pointed out her rudeness which just amplified her hostility.
I had to wait for Troy to finish (he always provides excellent service)
as i could not tolerate her rudeness.
She even to the manager when
questioned about our brief altercation.
The funny thing is, i observed her exchange with the gentleman before me
who was also cancelling a contract and she was not rude at all.
(Maybe she just does not like young black men)
Tarryn - Own up to your rudeness and hostility or please go work
in a non customer centric environment. I am posting this for future young black
men who may have to deal with you.
Troy - Thank you for your continued professionalism. You are a superstar
and an indispensable asset to Telkom or any organization
NB The Telkom internet and Telkom mobile products have been excellent. On time reporting,
consistent alerts. amazing. Well done guys.
