Once again we are sitting with the same problem. The last time I logged a complaint on this system they called My mother and cancelled her contact and placed her on Prepaid. Once again Virgin Mobile goes and deduct money from my mother banking details and once again she needs to call in to query it. She called yesterday and was sent from the once person to the next. She was on the phone for more then two hours. When she told them that she spoke to a LEBO they told her that the person is not there or there is no person by that name working there. They then told her that the contract has only be cancelled in December. This is not our problem and I want my mother money to be refunded back to her. I want the debit order to be cancelled on your side with immediate effect and I requested confirmation via email that this has been done. I will not leave it like this. If the callcenter is unable to do the job that they are employed to do then I requested to speak to a manager that is able to do their jobs according to their employement contract. This is shocking service and I wont tolerate that my mother is being taken for a joke. She is over 60 years old.
