Vodacom
Wrong goods supplied

I did an online upgrade on one of my number 0829237823 during November 2013 by dailing the Vodacom upgrade line 08217844. The call was taken by one of your suppliers named Inter Actve Tecnologies. The lady that handled the call was Mpumi Nompumele. She me that there was stock of the HP Pavilion 15 Notebook. It came with a Vodafone R206 Portable Wi - Fi modum. The very next day (19 November) a box on invoice number U563714 was delivered to my company with only a K5006-Z stick type modum in it??? (wrong modum) I immediately contacted 08217844 again and they told me that there were no stock of the HP laptops and also on the Vodafone R206 Portable Wi - Fi modums. I made 100s of calls to Vodacom and also took this to director level at Inter Active Technologies. Eventually the HP laptop was sent to me on 27 November 2013 on invoice number 786438. The reason for this e-mail: I experience major problems with the K5006-Z modum as it sometimes does not connect and when it connects, it disconnects every now and then. The modum was supplied wrongly to me in the 1st place and I hereby request that Vodacom exchange this for me to the advertised modum please.
