I had an Autopage account which I cancelled in April 2012 (by fax and telephone). In September I received a Legal Handover letter which I then queried. I was told that they had no correspondence or details on me cancelling the contract. I sent my doc's through to their offices by mail. I was contacted b u Koopman and told that everything has been sorted out. Now in Nov 2013 I received another summons and contacted VVM regarding this account which was according to me already sorted out. I remailed since Nov 2013 and up to date has had no response other than VVM sending me sms's to inform me to pay. I phoned this morning and the call centre is incompetent - they can not tell me why I still owe other than disconnection fees??? Of what??? An account that was cancelled??? I requested an account and details pertaining to what they want me to pay but I am not holding my breath?
