Terrible service

I had my account debited even after I had made a payment of my account, fair enough that happens.
I called the 808 number and spoke to a consultant who spoke so badly that I could not hear what her name was.
After promising me that the amount would be reversed and the money transferred back into my account by tomorrow morning I was satisfied.
I am the type of person who does follow ups and checks that things are in motion, and when I did that I was told the money would only be paid in 7 working days. this by a woman who I think gave the name Unathi or something to that effect.

Why is it that one agent tells me, actually promises me, that the money would be in my account tomorrow and the other says only in 7 working days.

I asked the second agent to get the 1st agent to call me back within half an hour, and yet an hour later there was no call.

I think that the service level of MTN has dropped steadily over the last few months, and I can promise you now that when my contract matures I will be leaving them for Vodacom, Cell-C or any other company as long as I dont have to deal with the incompetence of MTN!
