ABSA's continued disappointments

To date, i've had no feedback i.r.o my complaint. I've had numerous people call me from Absa to find out if anyone has contacted me but I guess no one has the brains to resolve this query! Further to this, I went to close my ABSA account only to find out I had to pay R120 (R60 per month) for the RD payments because ABSA vehicle finance failed to update their records when they were in possession of it on the 26/10/2012 and again in november but did not activate the D/O to go off my new account. I want the R120 refunded to me as well with interest from the 15.11.2012 when the initial debit order was to go off my new account. The 2nd call logged was on 27/11/2012 - ref 7478026. I did not get a reference number on the 26/10/2012 when I 1st sent my banking details to be changed however I was told to fax the details to 0866 596 839. Perhaps this fax number will help determine who had the details but did not give it to the relevant department.
