Eckhardt actually cares and wants to help

Hello

Long story short, I signed up for a contract, but unfortunately the SIM card I received was not compatible with my device. I went back to the Vodacom store to find an alternative.

Eckhardt was the _only_ representative who actually cared about my situation and tried everything he could to help me. He gave me advice and various options, we discussed all possible solutions and eventually we settled on a workable solution.

Thank you very much Eckhardt for going the extra mile and helping me.
