Long story short... I had incorrect data billing fees on both of my BB Z10's and after several unsucessful attempts to contact the proper person at Vodacom, Lance da Costa from Vodacom Business went the extra mile to assist me in what seemed an impossible task. 2 weeks later and he sorted it all out, money back and restored my faith in the service provider- Bravo Lance.
