Empty promises from the after sales department

I lodged a complaint on Hello peter regarding the incorrect debit orders coming of my account and incompetent stuff and Team leaders failing to assist me and give me false information since sept to date. I spoke to almost every one in their after sales department, i complaint on hello peter and was promised to be called back in due time, when is due time coz i lodged a complaint on the 02nd of jan, today is the 07th and its not due time yet.i keep on calling this people and all i get is and people passing the buck. supervisors are never around to assist clients.i will never take this lying down.ill go to the papers.
