On the 14the December 2013 i took my black berry to Vodacom repair center in greenpoint, i had told them that my phone was working and that it was just loosing network when i am only in Gugulethu where i live but once i am out of gugulethu it would work perfectly, so they book it in on the 19th i received an email to say that mythey have picked up liquid damage on my phone and that i shuld pay R679 because once its liquid damage its out of warranty and then i said to Farzanah that my phone was working like ihave said it just loose network only when am in gugulethu and then she said the technician has accessed the phone so fine i paid for it
then went to fetch it to my suprise my phone wsa even worse that it was when i took it in to them so i told them and they said i must bring it back.
i took it back and it was booked for more than 3 days then i was told it was ready for collection and its fixed only to find out that these people they have messed up my phone instead of fixing it yes they have refunded my money back but now i need help because my phone doesnt pick up network anywhere its just not working whereas it was working when i took it in and i have proof of that.
