On The 7 May i booked my phone in at vodacom zevenwacht mall kuilsriver my query was my battery because it had stop working and my phone colour which was peeling off, i have a blackberry 9320 pink in colour, i have the phone for 7 months now and is still under warranty, instead of vodacom giving me a proper phone that im paying for every month they get back to me saying my fowne has liquid damage, The questions that i have how can this phone have liquid damage when it didnt go into any water, my phone was working perfectly, just tht they bttery stop working.
Nonetheless they didnt even touch on the other query which was the colour peeling off, i dnt want to be seen with a peeling of fwne that was never in my dreams. Im now starting to wonder if vodacom is just using the warranty thing just for the sake of us buying from them, because warranty doesnt work when there is liquid damage, now im stuck with a faulty phone infact i cant do anything with it because its nt working.. I will never use this company again i have alot of contracts with them but they are failing dizimaly in thi incident
