Complaint against Vodacom for invasion of privacy

My phone started giving me problems on the 20 February 2013 by just switching off spontaneously whereby I would then take out the battery and sim card and then restart the phone. This did not help at all, but I later realized that whenever I keep the phone on charge, it would work perfectly fine. I took the phone in to Vodacom Repair Center Somerset mall on the 22 February 2013 where I explained the phone problem to the consultant. She then checked to see if the phone had any signs of liquid damage and found that the liquid indicators inside the phone and on the battery was still white which confirm there was no liquid damage. She then made a conclusion that the problem might most likely be with the battery as the phone works perfectly normal when on charge. I received a sms a few minutes later stating job number 8631231 was being assessed. On the 24th February I accessed my facebook account through my pc and found that someone has accessed my facebook account as I was not able to close my applications on the phone prior to handing my phone in for repairs, thus no password was required.
