I moved house in Nov and requested Telkom to move my line and adsl to my new address however due to there not being any infrastructure for Telkom in my new area they confirmed they were unable to move the line. I requested that they then cancel the line which was supposed to happen when I moved on the 13th of Nov. I phoned at the end of Nov to confirm they had cancelled the line to which they said no it was not cancelled, I requested again that they cancel the line with immediate effect. I have now received bills for Nov/Dec and again for Dec/Jan for a service which is not being supplied. I phoned the billings department to dispute the charges and they tell me that the line is still not cancelled! I need the line cancelled and the charges reversed immediately!
