I was on the que for 3hrs to upgrade my phone and the shop was not full... almost an hour per upgrade that is rediculous... it goes to show the systems they use are not working... its really bad... vodaworld vodacom... worse of all the phone i wanted was not loaded on the system, waited another 20to 30min
