Because I had a back operation on the 15 Nov 2012 I opted to do a direct transaction with Autopage, I have done this previously and received great service. Happiness Simelane, Autopage Head office, helped me. They did not have the Nokia I requested and she suggested the Samsung B5510. I did a upgrade and port from MTN to CellC on7 November 2012.
With the Samsung B5510 young, I received a gift voucher on the 9th Nov 2012 that could not be activated.
On the 15 Nov 2012 I received another gift voucher that still could not be activated. The cell phone was faulty and returned with both gift cards.
The cell phone was replaced BUT it is still not working properly. As you will see on my account... the same phone call and message is recorded within seconds of each other. Sometimes 3 to 4 times. I opted for the straight 200 to save but the way the cell phone goes blank and seems to be resending sms and phone calls put me in the same range as the MTN contract.. Do I blame Cell C OR the cell phone or Autopage?
On the 20th December I received another gift voucher, . I e-mail a scanned copy to Happiness Simelane and she promised to act
