Autopage upgraded my phone to a Blackberry X10 they sent two I tried to give the one back to the courier company would not take it kept on bringing it back eventually I took it to Cape Gate Autopage where they organised the courier company to collect again from my premises the other one gave problems in the first week I returned it to the shop they filled all documentation and I thought this would resolve all problems, the problems have only just started and for 4 months I have been paying for a instrument which I do not have, Cape Gate Autopage have gone out of there way to assist as they assisted with all from the beginning to no avail. They know both phones have been returned but now have exhausted all there options in resolving this matter and I am now forced to come to you for assistance.
