Waiting 2 weeks for phone collection

On Wednesday 15 January 2014 Courier IT delivered a phone to me from Autopage. I contacted Autopage the same day to say its not the right phone, they subsequently sent an instruction to Courier IT on 17 January 2014 to instruct them to pick the phone up from me. That was the first instruction. According to Autopage, they have subsequently sent Courier IT THREE more instructions to pick up the phone, but nothing has happened since. Autopage says its hands are tied, all they can do is keep sending Courier IT the instruction. I have contacted Courier IT directly several times to try and find out whats going on, left messages and spoke to some people there, but no one comes back to me and nothing happens! Its now been 2 weeks since the phone should have been picked up!
