TERRIBLE SERVICE AND EMPTY PROMISES

In the begining of December 2013 i called Pavillion Branch and ordered 2 i phone 5 s 16g's. i followed up by telephone and popping into the store until 26 December. There was never any concrete feedback. eventually disgruntled because i had no set delivery date or hope i contacted the call centre and found out that in fact my ordered had never been processed from pavillion branch, i proceeded to order my phone in the hope that i would get better and more efficient service than the branch. ALL I HAVE HAD FROM THE CALL CENTRE IS EMPTY PROMISES DISGUISED AS NECCESARY PROCESS'S. I have had to contracts with this company for about 10 Years, i should imagine in such a competitive market retention should be a vital part of the company.
