Hi. I purchased a chair from Mr Price home @ the Pavillion Shopping Centre, they didn't have it in stock so I asked for it to be sent to the Newcastle branch as its the nearest store to my town. But the chair was sent to the Pavillion Branch, so I had to get it sent to me via freight at my cost. When I received the chair, upon opening d packaging I noticed it had a stain. I contacted the branch, manager was helpful, was asked to contact the head office but didn't receive much help. Have contacted them telephonically and via email numerous times but to no avail. Please tend to my matter urgently.
