Dear Altech Autopage Cellular you service is a joke and your empty promises and excuses are old, I have been waiting for 2 months for my iPhone 5 upgrade, being told every day to collect it then when I arrive there is always some excuse about why I cant get the phone on the day promised, the one day you even proceeded to tell me after telling me I could collect the phone at lunch in your Blue Route Mall branch, keep in mind im coming from town, then being told "they cant process it at this point please come back after work and it will be ready for collection" only to be told sorry they cant do the process today and at all.,
i then contacted their head office and firstly was told that I had to wait another 3 months to get the phone after being messed around for 2 months prior to this, I then requested to cancel my account, as they do they transferred my call to retention and said that i will have the phone to me in 2 days, the phone then arrived as they said only to open the phone and find out that it is broken on delivery.
Now the consumer protection act is clear that within 7 days of receiving the phone I can get it swopped out immediately.
