No delivery of my pre ordered PS4

I pre ordered a PS4 from CNA online. I was in contact with someone via email. The payment was a struggle but went through eventually.

I have been very excited by the PS4 so I asked more than once if I pre ordered would I be guaranteed delivery on the launch date being the 13th of December. I received no tracking number from CNA so I decided to email and ask whats going on. I have yet to get a reply to the mail I sent. I tried phoning as well. I spoke to someone who was very rude and said that the delivery was FROM today on wards and that it looks like I might get my delivery on Tuesday.

I paid a lot of money for the PS4. I know waiting a few extra days is not a big deal but that is besides the point!
I ordered back in June and asked if I would get it on launch day. They basically took my money and to me and then didn't bother to return my mails. The courier company have no record of my item as well.

I find this utterly disgusting. I will most likely never shop at CNA again. Went to the Fourways branch as a last hope. Thinking maybe I could just pick one up at the store and cancel the order. The staff at the branch could not have cared less.
