Terrible service!!!

I tried to upgrade my cell phone contract with Virgin Mobile. I made special arrangements for my mother to accept the phone as it was for her. Writing a letter stating that I give them permission to deliver the phone to her, at the contract address, with a copy of each of our ID's.

After speaking to at least 8 other people, wasting lots of airtime with the slow progress, poor call system, and being passed around the switch board, the phone was never delivered. So after waiting a month, and numerous phone calls to Virgin mobile, I called and cancelled the contract. This was 1 month ago. as it takes 30 days to be cancelled and go to prepaid, I would now like to migrate the number to another provider.

I have called 5 times today and still haven't been able to get through to the cancellations department to check why the contract still has not been cancelled! Another 20 minutes on the line with no results!

I want to be rid of this useless company and its useless staff. The last payment was due at the end of this month. I will be cancelling the debit order after it has been paid.

I demand that someone of senior authority deal with this matter immediately!
