Vodacom about damage on cellphones

I recently took my Blackberry 9300 in for repairs and I have received such bad service.

Phone was handed in - 16 December 2013 at Vodacom 4U Clearwater Mall, Book in Request form was completed and full description of fault on phone was specified being trackpad not working and phone oversensitive to light (a trackpad related problem as well). Damage was put down to liquid damage and vodacom refuses to rapair phone. Phone was taken to an independant cell repair shop that fixed fault in less then 15 minutes and at a cos. Vodacom refuses to aknowleedge that they should have repaired the phone free of charge and also to reimburse costs involved ie repair fee as well as airtimer used on alternative phone (i am a BIS client and pay for BIS services which i9 could not use, alternative phones use a lot of airtime syncing all the time and this has cost me a fortune in buying additional airtime).

Even though Ive tried numerous time to bring matter to Vodacom management attention nothing is being done. Vodacom is getting away with lying to their customers and should take rersponsibility!
