Virgin Mobile Poor Service

I previous report poor service. They contact me, ask me to get new sim card and do a sim swop. Me and my wife done the sim swops. The service did not improve at all. I can't phone when I'm at home, not even customer care.. People complain to me that they can't reach me. Phoning me while they stand next to me and get message that my phone is not available. I use my phone for business but the last 4 months it's impossible. Last week a client send me a sms at 19:29. I received it at 00:02 midnight. I pay the full amount for a contract with your company, I demand full service, If you can't give me the required service I receive previously from you, please port my number and end my contract, the problem is on your side
