Wrong debts to my account

My Cell c account was debit 3 times on 17 January 2012 for R35. I found out that I had purcased a gholf game via ZONG. I am a 52 year old woman that don't like golf and did n't purchased anything. i didn't subscribed. If i had purchased this game as this Princes told me why did they debit me three times with the same amount. I needed my money back into my cell c account. These people take peoples money without any fear. i am going to take this to waspa s well. No one had access to my phone so tell me how can someone else use my phone as this is whatthis Princess assumed. REFUND MY MONEY.
