Billed Incorrectly And Not Getting A Reply

On 30 Nov 2013 I wanted to upgrade my account from Straight Up 200 to Straight Up 400. I went to Cell C in Canal Walk to enquired about an upgrade. I specifically asked the salesman if there will be a fee to upgrade and what my new monthly premium would be. I was told that my new premium would be R400 and that I won't have to pay an upgrade fee, I would just be billed pro rata for 1 day (R13.33) seeing that it was the last day of the month.

When I received my statement for Dec I noticed that I was billed R162.34 for the 1 day in Nov. After 2 emails and numerous phone calls, I eventually received a reply on 9 Jan saying that I was incorrectly billed and that a credit note has been prepared for my account (see below):

"Please note, you were charged incorrectly on your account for the 1 day's proration. As a result, a credit note of R149.01 has been prepared for your account."

I received my Jan statement and not only was there no credit note, but I was charged R549 for the month of Jan. I emailed Cell C twice about the issue but failed to get a reply.

Altogether I was overcharged by R298 in Dec and Jan. Please correct this ASAP and change my premium to R400 as it should be.
