Interest charged incorrectly

Hi

I am trying to find out why i was charged interest on my credit card? i have called the call centre about 5 times and spoke to Tabita, Mojela, Oswald and 2 others that i can not remember (Currently on hold for approx 15minutes). I was told i will be sent an interest recon explaining why the interest was charged, however, the interest recon does not provide an explanation. Ref no. 2933475012.

The discovery policy states 'If you do not pay the full outstanding amount on or before the due date shown on your monthly statement, you will be charged interest' therefore i paid the entire amount. i did spend on the credit card after making this payment but should have not been charged interest due to the interest-free period of 55 days (30-day spend period and a 25-day payment period)

I would like the interest to be reversed or i will close the account.
