TARDY TELKOM TECHNICIAN

I applied for ADSL capability on my line (November 2013) as I am obtaining the ADSL service through a third party supplier. The technician claims to have attended at my premises some time in December 2013, and states that nobody was at home. This is absolute hogwash as my domestic helper was at home on that day. I had also stipulated that the technician call me on my mobile when he was on his way to my place. I was assured that the note had been put onto the system fro the technician.a subsequent date was arranged for the 6th January 2014.Once again the technician claims to have attended on my premises and that nobody was there. Yet again there was a note on the system for him to call me as I had called Telkom the morning of the 6th and confirmed my mobile and landline for the technician to call me. At about 3:15 on the 6th I called Telkom again to enquire and was told the technician had already come out and that nobody was home. Since the consultant I was speaking to on the phone could see that the note to call me was written in bold caps, she sent a request to Telkom escalations department who have not yet contacted me by 12 midday today as promised. on a call holding for 51 min.
